Orders are processed within 24 hours.  Please confirm your address before submitting your order.  Orders can only be changed if the items haven't shipped yet. Please contact our customer support with your request and order # immediately to attempt a change.
Promo Codes must be entered at the checkout page. Press "Apply" to see the order total update. Promo codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.

NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us and provide all details (Order number, email address, shipping address, etc..) via this link right away! If we can catch it before it processes and/or ships out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order is too far along in the processing stage or has been shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
Accidentally placed an order with the incorrect item or shipping address?

If you place an order and you accidentally ordered the incorrect size, changed your mind on a design, or input the wrong shipping address, we are more than happy to make any changes to your order as long as it has not been processed yet! Please reach out to us here with your order number and the changes needed to be made as soon as possible (within one (1) hour of your purchase), and we will get back to you confirming the edit on our end.

Once it is in the shipping process, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make a change will not be possible.

If the order has been shipped or is too far along in the processing stage, we unfortunately are not able to make any changes. You are able to start a return or exchange once your receive your package.

If your order is being sent to the incorrect shipping address, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to. You can also reach out to Canada Post / USPS and see if they are able to redirect or return your package to the sender.

Double, triple, and quadruple check your order before completing the purchase.
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

Please note that FedEx does not ship to P.O. Box Address.
