If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible return policy and are very happy to help you choose something else. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty or defective items without use may be returned within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. To fully process your return, please send the items back in their original packaging including: all packaging, parts, and accessories.

We are happy to exchange product if you are not completely satisfied with it within 14 days of receiving the item, as long as the product is unused, unworn, and in new condition. Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A prepaid return label will be provided for exchanges only. Your exchange will be processed within 2 - 3 business days.

KokoLoveCo's products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship to protect your device, and we stand behind each one. This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Before sending a claim, understand our warranty only covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. Warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 90 days ago, marked down or final sale items, or typical wear and tear damage (ex. scratches or dents). Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.

There are no restocking fees.
Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. You can choose whichever shipping option you feel comfortable using. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking. We can’t process a return or exchange if we have not received your items.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2 - 3 business days. We will issue the refund back on the original payment method. Depending on the payment method, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.
Exchanges are typically processed 2 - 3 business days after received. But, if you prefer not to wait for the item to be processed by KokoLoveCo (we understand completely!), please place a new order for the replacement item and we can process the original order being returned as a refund.
